REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY 

Here you'll find everything you need to know about refunds, returns and related polices. We want you to get the most out of your experience with us, so some cases may vary.

Refund & Returns

Misteria does not accept refunds for change of mind or any opened and/or used goods.

In order to receive a refund, the items must be un opened, un used and in it's original condition.

Non-Refundables

Strict refund & return policies are put in place due to WHS protocol. 

Some items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable..

​

Some examples are E-Gift cards, lash courses, specific tools & accessories, sale items and promotional products.

Damaged goods

In the rare event you receive faulty or damaged goods, please email contatc@misteria.com.au with your name, order number along with any pictures and videos for proof.

Please ensure you do so within 24 hours after delivery confirmation.

Time Frames

Pease contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package via email contact@misteria.com.au with your order number, name and any pictures/videos.

 

This implies that we won't consider refunds or returns for items or products that have been opened, utilised, or deemed "damaged" weeks or months after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your item has been returned to us in its original condition, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility. From there, if your refund is approved - we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

 

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to hit your bank account.

Exchanges

Any return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or vairent, please email us contact@misteria.com.au to discuss the exchange.

 

All exchanges are subject to product availability. Additional shipping charges may apply.
