Here you'll find everything you need to know about waiting times, pick up location and related polices.

FREE Local Pick Up

Please selected "FREE local pick up" as your shipping option at the checkout. 

"Pick Up Ready"

Once your order has been packed and fulfilled, you'll receive a "pick up ready" email. From there, you must reply back and contact us to confirm a date/time for pick up.

Pick up location and directions will be given once the time/date is confirmed.

Processing Times

After your order confirmation email,  please allow for packing and fulfilment before your order is ready. These time frames may vary depending on the current order volumes. 

Tax, GST & Fees

All Tax, GST & customs duties fees on domestic orders are calculated and charged at the checkout.

Issues with order

If you're experiencing damaged goods or incorrect items, please email contatc@misteria.com.au with your name, order number along with any pictures and videos.

Please ensure you do so within 24 hours after pick up.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an automatic  "order confirmation" email once the order has been placed. 

​

Please note, this email does not insist your order is ready.

Ready within 2 hours

All orders placed throughout the day will be readily available for pick up within 2 hours, upon confirmation.

Wrong address, email or just forgot to add something to your cart? Email us at contact@misteria.com.au with your name and order number

Delays

Please expect 1 - 3 day delay during high traffic periods, product launches, sales and public holidays due to the influx of orders. 

Opening Hours

Open 9 - 5 Monday - Friday.

 We are closed weekends and all Public Holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be shipped out next business day.
