There's pressure coming from every angle to keep up with trends, styles and aestehtics - so "over posting" won't help.
 
You have the option to book in for 1 session or 4 depending on how much you need and want to get out of it. The sessions will be tailored to suit each individual and their business accordinly.
 
Each session will run for 1 - 2 hours, at an allocated time. If you choose 4 sessions, each session will be spaced out monthly (or to suit your schedule)
