Processing Time
Once your order has been placed & paid for, please allow 2 - 8 weeks for manufacturing, processing and delivery time.
Invoice & Payments
Payments will be made via bank upon invoice approval. The invoice will be sent via email for you to confirm. The invoice will include all Tax, GST & customs duties fees. However, all international orders will be subject to pay these fees at the local boarder.
You have the choice to pay in full or pay 50% up front and the remaining before delivery.
Delays
Please expect delays during high traffic periods, product launches, sales and public holidays due to the influx of orders.
Opening Hours
Open 9 - 5 Monday - Friday.
We are closed weekends and all Public Holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be shipped out next business day.
MOQ
Each order requires a MOQ (minimum order quantity) which will vary depending on the product or way in which you customise the product.
The smallest quanity we accept for custom orders is 50pcs per product/item.
Salon/Kit Stock Ups
We offer store discounts on all wholesale orders wishing to stock up the salon or lash kits weekly or monthly. Discount price will vary depedning on the order quanity and consistency.

Issues with order
If you're experiencing damaged goods or incorrect items, please email contatc@misteria.com.au with your name, order number along with any pictures and videos.
Please ensure you do so within 24 hours after receiving the goods.
